Like every other skin diseases especially pimples, acne is one of the most embarrasing.
it occurs mostly among the youths and adolescents. only few cases among babies.
although there is no mortality associated with acne, but thr physical& phsycological effects
can be embarrasing when you look at your fellow peers who are acne free their faces shinning
and good to look at and you see yours scarring and non-attractive,it makes you depressed,
lowers your self esteem and self-confidence.
Most times some of the things we eat are the causes of most skin diseases especially
pimples and acne.
1)Food that contain caffiene like chocolate,coffee, sodas energy drinks.
2)Dairy products like ice-cream, butter, cheese that have been processed. such products top
the list in the causes of Acne and pimples.
The intake of alcohol is another cause of Acne because it enhances instant activity and
also increases the stress level thereby disturbing your sleep partterns.
so if you want to be free from Acne and pimples, you try as much as you can to avoid all the
food listed above.
I have dealt so much on the causes of Acne but most importantly,is tips on how to cure it,
here are some tips
a) Orange peel mashed with a little quantity of water to form a paste. rub on the face or
affected area after some twenty to thirty minutes, you wash it off.
b) a paste of cucumber for those who like the smell is also advisable.
c) strawberry leaves are also useful to reduce the troublesome swelling.
d) Mix some quantity of milk with nutmeg to make a paste. This will help to dry up the Acne
quickly. continous usage will clear it off completely.
e) Mint juice used all by itself is a significant remedy also. you just allow it for
30minutes and rinse your face very well.
With all these tips stated above you just look for that which is convenient for
you and make sure you use it religiously and it will give you the desired result.
