Oregano oil is derived from wild Oregano plant and its a fantastic antimicrobal which is very good for the treatment of Acne among other skin infections. If your entire face is not affected, you can soak a cotton ball with some solution and apply it on the area affected, again do not rinse afterwards. 2) Another method of using Oregano oil for treating acne is by topically applying a single drop of the oil without dilution on the eruption itself, twice a day. Before using this method, do a patch test first on your hand or back. If your body doesn't develop allergic reactions then go ahead and use it. 3) you can also add 2 drops of oregano oil into a glassful of juice, or milk, honey and drink it. This method helps to boost digestion which results in blemish free skin. Oregano oil is also used for the treatment of other skin related issues like scratches, cuts, burns, insect bites. Just mix a drop of oregano oil into a tea spoon of coconut oil olive oil or even butter and apply. Evidently, the list of Oregano oil benefit is quite long and has been tested at that so, use oregano oil and your acne will dissapear and your skin will look fine and smooth.

Curing Acne with Borage oil

Borage oil is a oil extracted from the seed of borage flower which is also known as star flower. This borage flower is found in syria, but can also be found in other parts of the world including Asia, Europe, South America, North Africa and the Mediterranean regions. Borage flowers are usually blue in color but other varieties can also be found. Pink and white varieties. The oil derived from the seed contains anti-inflammatory properties which is widely used for the treatment of most skin diseases of which Acne is one of them. It is quite good for soothing inflamed and irritated skin. Borage oil contains the essential fatty acid known as gammalinolex acid, which is very good in maintaining a healthy skin. The oil also helps in promoting the growth of healthy skin cells. Since it contains vitamin C and certain minerals, it plays an important role in keeping most skin problems at bay, particularly acne. For the treatment of acne, borage oil can be used topically. It is also available in form of capsules and gel. It is necessary that you consult a physician before using it to know the appropriate dosage you can use. Borage oil can be toxic if taken excessively so make sure take it only on recommended dosage. and under a doctor's supervision. This Borage oil is not good for people with liver problem so avoid Borage oil supplements. Treat Acne with Burdock root.

Burdock root is one of the natural cure for acne. This root is found in Europe and Asia, though it is now grown in the United States as well. The burdock root has many medicinal properties, is dark green, brown and black in colour. Burdock root for acne treatment has been used since ages and is considered very effective. Before applying this home remedy, make sure you are not allergic to burdock root as it is known to have caused dehydration in many people. Also make sure you inform your doctor before using burdock root for acne treatment.

Facial Masks For Acne

There are numerous methods of gettim rid of acne and pimples. Facial masks happen to be one of the methods. These facial masks are available in any home and doesn't cost much. Natural acne cure do not have any side effects like some acne skin care products therefore they are graded amongst the best acne treatment. Some of these masks are for oily skin and some for sensitive skin. Here are tips of facial masks that are home made and are very effective for treating acne. 1) This facial mask is the easiest to make, just use baking soda with water make a paste. Wash your face with clean water and apply the paste. Allow the paste to dry up then you wash off with cold water. Use this mask for at least twice a week, and you see your acne disappear. 2) This is a soothing face mask. The ingredients required are 1 table spoon of honey, 1 banana and 5 - 6 drops of lemon juice. procedure:- Mash the banana and add the honey and mix it well. Then you add the lemon juice to the already mashed banana and apply it on the face. Leave it for 15-20 minutes before you rinse, with warm water. Pat dry after washing. 3) Recipe:- 1 table spoon honey, 1 banana, 5-6 drops of lemon juice, oatmeal. Mash the banana, add the honey plus the lemon juice then you add oatmeal. Mash the banana, add oatmeal to the mash and apply on the affected part of the skin and leave it till it dries off. Wash with warm water. 4) Facial mask for acne scars:- The only ingredients for this facial masks is honey. Wash your face then you apply the honey and leave it for about 15-30 minutes and wash with warm or cold water, as desired if the scars are too glaring then add a few drops of lemon juice to the honey. 5) Recipe- For egg white:- 1 egg break it remove the yolk, beat the egg white till it is very watery. Wash your face then apply the mask with warm water. This egg white mask is not recommended for those who have egg allergy. These are some of the home made facial masks for acne which you can use and it will give you the desired result. Above all desist from such foods that are not good for acne and make sure you do your daily body excercises.
